I have serviced my vehicles for decades at Longo Toyota and usually satisfied for the good customer service and overall service. Regrettably, this last visit was a bad reflection of the brand the company has work so hard to establish.
I arrived at 3:00 pm and I was told to sit and wait in the lobby to speak to a service advisor. After 90 min., I was called. They did not give me any idea how long it was going to take to speak to someone. Normally my wait time is no more than 10 min. All I got from the advisor was those that had appointments were seen first and only if there was a gap would customers without appointments be served. That was explained to me after waiting one hour. Signage and/or clear communication providing clear instructions to customer would be respectful. I would hope management improve protocols to insure customers are helped within reasonable timeframe.
