Your mechanic should not break a fuel line doing routine maintenance. A dealer as big as Longo should have spare parts on site. 5 days is too long to wait for a part to come in. Your carwash was broken yet again.

Bruce was wonderful, I could see that he tried his best to meet my satisfaction. He was very clear on helping me understand what was going on. Unfortunately it seems like there was a miscommunication with the person I spoke to the day prior. I was told one price and given a much greater one the day of my appointment. A man that looked to be a manager came to me to help, but he never came back to follow up with my issues. Bruce was the one that had to face me and give me the issue at hand, and I can see he did what he could to be helpful. I was told by the person I spoke to the day before the appointment that this dealership is transparent and when they give you a price, there will be no surprises, and sure enough there was in my case. I’m very dissatisfied with that.

He took the time to ask questions and listen to my description of what I thought was the issue with the car; he didn’t make quick judgments or assumptions about my observations. After the diagnostic tests, he clearly explained all the issues, their impact, and his recommendations. During the repair and service, he kept me updated with the status at every major stage. On top of all that, Alex was friendly and sincere. I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction at Toyota.
