Longo Toyota Services are professional services. After finished recall services, I drive my car, I feel different with before, especially the brakes. Great customer service but I'm a little disappointed that they didn't really fix the side bumper that was kind of popping out that I mentioned to him when they were servicing my car. Although I saw him write it on the invoice, the maintenance people didn't really do anything about it as the fender was still popping out a little. I was going to go to body shop area to let them take a look at it as I had work done there about a year ago but it was so busy I didn't go. I had about $3,000 worth of body work done to that front fender and expected it to be good for many more years.
