Jeffrey did perform a fantastic service towards his customer like me from start to end . The car was unintentionally left out for washing as promised during the first time service. However, Jeffrey called me back and apologized for the left out and asked me to bring back the car and offered me for a VIP wash. Now that the car is done with good job . 2 things. 1) called to say car was ready. When I drove over, I was told paperwork wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 15 mins. 2) I drove off and realized the employees did not push my passenger side mirror back. I had to pull over and fix it.
