I had to wait an hour over promised time. It delayed the time I had to pick up my daughter for babysitter. Also, after tire rotation you guys don’t even bother fill up the tires for proper pressure. The tire pressure light came on right after I drove off the lot. I had no time to drive back. Also there were no complimentary car wash like I used to get. Worst experience ever and I probably won’t go back! The quality of service is ZERO!!

I was told my car should be done at 11am, it wasn’t done until after 1pm after I complained. I came in with a 8:30am appointment. I will never return again or buy my upcoming 4th Toyota at Longo. Overbooking service appointments will lose you major business has you showed me as a customer major disrespect thinking I had 5 hours to just wait. My time is very valuable. I hope Longo will learn from this experience, but I doubt this will be shared with the general manager.

Alex was sweet, polite and respectful. When I brought my Husband to him so he could show Alex where the mechanics missed one of the reasons we brought our car in to him, he respectfully allowed my Husband to show him. The photos were worthless but Alex got his manager, who let my Husband show them on our car.
I had told Alex the day before that if my Husband says something is wrong, something is wrong and Alex listened. Sometimes that’s all we need and lately it seems like everyone is dropping the ball in that area. Alex has his listening cap on!!
