It was my first time going to Longo Toyota. It was busy so I thought I had to wait in the car for awhile. But, Edward came quickly to get me checked in. He said my car would be done in 4 hours. He made sure it was done in time. I waited exactly 4 hours. He tried to get my car out fast so I don’t have to wait outside long. He even walked up to me to make sure I got my car. Once I drove my car, it felt amazing ! It was nice and smooth. My Overall experience with Edward was fantastic ! I will definitely come back and have him take care of my car :)
