Wasn't completely satisfied. The tint came out a little darker than I wanted and I paid more for extra service because when they quoted me they couldn't tell that there was already tint that they had to remove. Overall though, I like the outcome.

I’ve had Mandi as my Service Consultant twice recently. The positive feelings I had for her knowledge and customer focus were reinforced in our second meeting. She truly is concerned with the customers issues. From the customers perspective you couldn’t ask for more. She listens to your questions and concerns and does an excellent job of assuring you that your issues will be handled by your professional staff. That allows me to relax while waiting for the work to be completed. She’s a real professional.

My representative was great and knowledgeable, my issue is with the amount of time it takes to get a regular standard service done when I have an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and I didn’t get checked in 15-20 minutes after the fact, what’s the point? Needless to say I will finish out my Toyota care and will move on to Crown. Please do not call to discuss.
