There were two issues I encountered this time.
1. The pick up time for concierge service was Friday 12 Noon. I didn’t know that I had to talk to the service advisor before a driver was sent to pick up my suv. I did get a call from Bruce at 10:05 am that morning. I was planning to call back when the driver arrived. Eventually I did speak with Bruce and a workorder was written. The driver arrived at 1:45 pm. I think that when the concierge service is first arranged the customer should be told that a service advisor needs to be contacted 2 hours before the pickup time because the advisor needs to write up the workorder before the driver is sent out.
2. The oil gasket was pinched and a new gasket had to be ordered. The return of my suv was delayed until the next day. However it was worked on early Saturday and the suv was back at my home at 9:45 am on Saturday. In addition to text messages, Bruce called me to update me on Saturday morning.
Bruce’s customer service is always good which is why I request his assistance whenever my car needs service or repair. And all the other staff that I interacted with, such as the persons that answered the phone for the service department and the two drivers, were all very nice, polite, helpful, and efficient.
