You shouldn’t use your text tool with service customers unless you intend to monitor it. I sent a couple messages back thru the system. Nothing.

I had a 1:00 pm appointment and was there on line at 12:50. My car wasn’t ready until around 6 pm. What is the point of having an appointment and having to wait so long. It was ridiculous. There was an elderly couple there in their 80s and they waited over 5 hours too. Im also a senior and find this unacceptable.
Also when I complained in the delivery area, she just passed the buck to the service area.

I requested checking the brakes, and I was charged $44.95. I think that was excessive, and that it’s normally part of the regular inspection.
