The service was fine but they were supposed to wash the car and it was clear that they really did an extremely minimal job. As if it was barely touched.

Kayla was fine and helpful However the whole experience was poor. I had a 7:45 appointment for the first complimentary service. arrived at 7:15. Kayla was my advisor at 7:41. When I made the appointment they said it would be two hours and after leaving my car with Kayla was told it would be ready around 10am. 10:15 nothing. Talk to Kayla said maybe they were test driving it shouldn't be too much longer. Received the car about 10:35 almost 3 hours. Got about a mile and a half from long ago realized I did not have the key I knew it had to be in the car because it started. pulled over and looked for the key for about 15 minutes could not find it. Drove back to Longo they called somebody to help me find the key looked for another 20 minutes and then as a last resort he checked the glove compartment and somebody had put the key in the glove compartment. Left my house at 6:50 a.m. home a little before noon. 5 hours to do minor service is unacceptable

Danny was very attentive. He explained what was going to be done and then kept me abreast with the progress of the land cruiser. One thing that I noticed was that one box on the Vehicle Inspection Form was blank. So I walked to to the service modules and the service representative went to the land cruiser and measured the tire tread depth and filled in the box. Afterwards, I reviewed the paperwork and found that the measurement was taken. Danny did a great job.

Waited for at least 15 min during the pick up station waiting for my car to arrive. The staff had hard time finding me car. Also, when they called me the car is ready for pick up, I asked him if the car can be exterior car wash, and they said it went through express car wash. When I got my car after 15 min wait, the exterior was not washed.
