Good service

The only complaint I have is the shuttle service. I requested picked up at 3:30om. The concierge desk lady told me that Uber will be set up for 3:30pm picked up for me. My car service representative called me at 3:11pm to advise me that my car was ready for pick up. He transferred me to the concierge desk to reconfirm my pick up at 3:30pm. Only to find out that there was no schedule pick up record for me. I was then scheduled for the Uber pick up. Thanks to my service representative, Noli Evangelista, otherwise I would be waiting for no pick up.

I have to say Daniel is easy to work with and one important that I appreciate is he would return calls as promised or pick up the phone. Being a claims manager I know the importance of this expectation and commend Daniel for it. Also, for him to follow through what was discussed. There are few opportunity areas that I liked to give feedback as well. One issue was I asked for full documentation as to a hose damage as this was related to safety recall fix on top of oil change. I had to made sure it was followed up as I believe that the documents and the documentation was entered post my request at the pick up of vehicle. I highly recommend to see the time stamp from tech to service writer on your system to see if the hose was actually damaged on Saturday or not, being in claims I have a doubt base on my observation and only can tell integrity with validation. Second, I asked if my rewards can be applied for the oil changed, which Daniel told me that he already processed the work order. I know this is not the case, changes can be made. I was not feeling the need to make an issue as I just wanted to go home. And expect to get the discount next time I visit, but the silly excuse of not being able to update an invoice is probably not a good excused especially him knowing my occupation. Whatever the case i give him Meets expectations due to his availability and approach in resolving issues. Now when I go next time and my discount is not honored that’s when I will have a issue.

I came at 12pm , they said my car would be done by 2:30pm. I waited until 4pm, and it still wasn’t done. I had to complain and asked them to hurry for them to finally be done. It took hours. I did not like that experience.

Noli is a very helpful man and he make sure every customer is satisfied . I highly recommend him to any other customer.
