Had tire rotation done. Had made the appointment at 10:15. The person said Had to wait about 2 hrs with the appointment. When I dropped off the car, the advisor said, the wait time is 3 hours and he wanted to charge for the brake inspection request. In addition, he didn't not explain good the condition of the car upon pick up.
