Johan was very polite and attentive. He offered other services and patiently listened to your responses while giving you enough leeway to decide on what option to take. Thus, it was a pleasant experience.
I noticed though that on the day I had an appointment, the wait was longer than prior visits because of probably the volume of customers that came. Fortunately, you had enough tables and chairs and had Starbucks and Subway.
