The oil filter housing was leaking and leaked oil on my driveway upon delivery via concierge service. Kayla tried very hard to alleviate the situation. She is sending the cleaning crew to my house to clean the driveway. She is helpful and understanding. Thx, Kayla.

Inspection from $99.00 raised to $155.00 is ridiculous high NOT REASONABLE! Also our car got broken into the back parking lot in late evening after towing truck dropped my car at your back parking lot!!! I made sure to keep key with me to show up early 6:45 Am to give key when I found all doors wide opened ski jacket stollen among other items! You dealer ship has no security for customers cars to be protected! When I showed before 6:30 you booth guy was asleep! When I approached my car it was broken into!!! Will Not ever NOT highly recommend anyone to ever take their cars to Toyota dealership because no one watches nor protects customers cars from being burglarized! And your fee to inspect vehicle issue way too expensive no longer affordable $99.00! Your price increase way to much $155.00 fraud! It’s better to take it to smaller shops that charge $50.00 to inspect and they put cars inside shops to prevent car from being broken into! Many customers at Your dealership Toyota were very upset of raising inspection price from $99.00 to $155.00 especially when the epidemic ???? has caused many people to lose their jobs and homes! We will NO LONGER be loyal customers with Toyota dealership!!! We will take our four 4 cars elsewhere to get repaired!!! The long wait for a car to get repaired it’s ridiculous Long 7Am to 5 pm!!! Horrible dealership

Good experience. Except for results from diagnostic. Our 2013 prius which we bought from longo had engine damage that was too expensive to repair. Few days later traded it in, bought prius prime from longo from winser carrasco also good experience. We will be purchasing our future cars from longo toyota and recommend longo. Thank you!
