I was there yesterday. The service was done, but I have to go back. Mechanic took off the seat track covers to access the fuel pump, but didn’t put them back on. I tried but I couldn’t do it. It was the worse service and I’m never taking my car back to your service department. Donavan said that my car would be ready in 2 or 2.5 hours they would be at 5 pm. After waiting for the 2.5 hours I had not been informed if my car was ready so I called Donovan and he told me that he would call me back in 10 minutes because he had to check the status of my car. He called me back at 5:10 pm and said that they had not even started servicing my car and that it will probably take another hour to start and complete. My car was just left on the side while I waited for 2.5 hours thinking that it was already and nobody bothered to tell me that they were running late until I called.
Donovan and the service manager were no help and all they could say is that they should had let me know that they were running late.
This is totally unacceptable and very upsetting as it is not the first time that the service department runs late. They are very unorganized, irresponsible and very disrespectful towards the customer’s time.
I had to leave with my car not being serviced after spending 3 hours waiting for a job that your incompetent people did not do and didn’t have the decency to acknowledge their mistake.
I will make sure people know how bad you are and will never go to your location again.
