Couple of issues, since all the parts for the install of a hitch were not in I had to go without my vehicle for a couple of days. My washer fluid empty it would been nice to receive a call if I wanted it refilled. You would think after spending 1,200 dollars I would have least received a car wash. Otherwise your staff was excellent. Not sure if I will be a returning customer.

Unfortunately my experience at Longo Toyota wasn’t as expected. I had a service appointment at 1:30pm, which I arrived to on time, and I didn’t leave until about 6pm. It’s ridiculous the amount of time I had to wait for my car to be serviced. Appointment times should be spaced out to be able to attend a customers car at the time of arrival. There is no reason we should be waiting 4+ hours when our car is just sitting there unattended for the first 3. I really hope this gets resolved as I know there were multiple complaints that day by other customers as well. I’d love to stay loyal to this location but this experience was truly disappointing.

I was told that my car needed a tire aligment, so i thought it was going to be done . But to my surprise it wasnt done . I had bought cars at honda and every time id go they will always wash my car. Toyota doesnt have that . Totally diferent expirience
