I noticed when I re-edited my email,for my service request. It didn’t show up on the order I stated.Teddy didn’t see it he mentioned.The gentleman didn’t mention it when he wrote the report.
I don’t know what happened?
I thought the gentleman that I requested my appointment understood me . When I mentioned my auto door lock needs attention.
That would of given me an approximate time on my schedule for the day.
Other wise Teddy was very helpful to my concern! Very nice attitude!
