I brought my “20% off every recommended services” coupon with me. Jeffret Tsao(station #20) helped me. He took pictures of the coupon from my cell screen multiple times and confirmed with me 20% off will apply to the total. I even witnessed him walk to another aisle verifying with some manager. However the total amount on the paperwork when I pay today was full price, which will be about three hundred dollars extra. I had to asked the cashier lady to ask for the discount for me. I don’t know which part went wrong. Everybody seems pretty nice and helpful. Maybe you could improve the communication within your own system in the future. Thanks!
