Tires were not rotated as stated in repair order. Drivers seat bracket cover defective or it was initially not installed correctly thus causing it to catch on the seat when being moved with caused the cover to become deformed and not fit properly. Tech refused to cover the part and install under manufacturers warranty! Worst service experience ever! And truck was not washed after service was completed!

Service advisor had taken off and did not explain what the results of the inspection were after paying $55.00 for the inspection . I was told there were 3 things wrong and I only understood the air filter needed to be replaced. I asked for the other 2 items to be placed on the report and it was not stated anywhere on the paperwork/receipt. I feel like I didn’t get the full report for the inspection I paid for.
