Mr Galioto is an excellent & polite service rep. Very knowledgeable & speedy person . He told me because I didn’t have an appt , the service dept had to do those who had first & my car would be ready by 11.00 am . I was there approx 8.15. am. Yes , my car was ready by 11.00 & had 10,000.00 miles service. I could not ask for more ! Thank you !
