Kayla service is very good. But your receiving tow services is very bad. my car left my house at 9:30 am. It's about 6.9 miles which will take about 15 minutes drive to get to Longo. But when I called at 11:49 am,Julian told me the car is not arrived. I called the towing company they said they delivered before 10am. I called back to Julian, he tried to find my car. But he was not very successful. I have to call the towing company again and they told me the driver dropped the car in the back of the service. This is because he asked where to park the car and all workers said they were very busy just leave the car there. I have call Julian back and told him again. It was 12:59 he told me he found my car. It took him more than 3 Hours to locate a car. It is not acceptable. You must have very bad system. You wasted me more then 3 hours and whole morning to call back and forth. I felt very angry and disappointed. I hope you can improve it on this kind of service. I need apology from your company.
