However the wait time is just too long. I waited 4 hours and 40 minutes before my car was ready. This is too long and not acceptable. Maximum should be 2 to 3 hours.

I’ve been a longo customer for over 20years and today and it’s the first time i had to wait for 4hours (2hours was quoted) to get an oil change with an appt. if I had known I would have asked for a shuttle. I don’t fault the svc advisor nor tech as I think it’s the process and operation. When an appt is made it should account for some type of priority just in queue. I was told an appt only guarantee the work will be done that day. Now that is not acceptable. I will try again next time, but if it continues I will take my service somewhere else.

Took my 2021 Tacoma for 5K mile service. Oil change wasn’t due but I paid out of pocket for one. Realized they put Pennzoil oil in my truck instead of Required Toyota oem oil recommended by Toyota. After several aggravating call trying to get through to speak with someone regarding this matter I got a call back from a manager who said it was there fault he made an appointment to recharge oil. Also said they would fill up my truck with gas for my troubles. When I returned service person had no idea why I was there after some investigating he found the notes said they would fill my tank first and change oil. Waiting about 1 1/2 hours when I was driving home realized they never filled my truck with gas. So had to go back and wait again. What an ordeal. Once I have my included services performed will never return. Probably do a Yelp review to warn others to read there paperwork.
