Albert Lopez us an excellent service advisor. He is extremely professional and very good at his job. I completely trust him with my car care and needs. I drive from Los Angeles to get my car serviced at Longo because they have the best service department and because I have the best service advisor that I know I can trust.

Danny was polite and very professional. However your service department in my opinion is not normal in this industry. Just to do the sixth month check up with appointment takes four hours. This is not a first time. It was not so bad four to five years ago. I probably won’t be back with Longo for my next vehicle. No bad feeling towards to your sales and other departments. Just to let you know, my last 10 vehicles that I owned was Toyota and all from Longo.
