It wasn’t dissatisfaction with Martin. Rather, the tech indicated that my air filter needed replacement. I have a K&N washable filter which I cleaned just 5000 mile earlier. It was clean and I confirmed when I checked it when I got home. So this sure appears to be a case of the tech recommending unnecessary parts and labor. Shame on him and Longo’s service dept.

Donovan was very courteous. On a side note, we thought our car would be washed since we were told the service was available that day but it was not washed. We’ve never had it washed, even though the seller when we first bought it said we could have that done being that when we got the car it was a little dusty. In either case, I know you’re not a car wash and are providing maintenance service for our but maybe in the future it might happen.

He was a polite person and he took me in fast. The down part is that i had an 8:30 app and only for an oil change had to wait until 11 but thats not his fault. Maybe you need to try to do things a little bit faster. I give Galioto a 10!!! Thank you
