When I explained to Ethan that the reason I was bringing in my Corolla for service ahead of schedule was to ensure that it was totally good to go for my daughter to take a trip in. Ethan, whom I had not had as a service advisor before, thoroughly reviewed my auto’s service history and recommended a wheel alignment, in addition to the 115,000 mile service. When I drove home from Longo, my ride was exceptionally smooth, and I was fully confident that my Corolla was all set for my daughter’s trip. I look forward to scheduling my future service appointments with Ethan!
