The customer service I received from Benjamin was absolutely perfect 10 out of 10, the part of my experience I did not like had nothing to do with Benjamin. He was not at fault, he was simply the messenger. He apologized for the miscommunication and even helped with setting up my next appointment. The bad part about my experience was that I made an appointment a week in advance only to show up and be told that the replacement part for my recall was not available. I don’t understand the point of the appointment then. Also someone should’ve notified me prior about not having the part.
