I don't think it should ok to make an appointment for 730 am if the tech is not in til around noon. And if it was an emergency that had happened then their should have been better communication. If I would have been told that then things would have been different. NOT to mention I was told my glass was not found. My windshield was replaced.
I think better communication would help. As well as making sure that when an appointment is made that the tech involved will be their at that time.

The one thing that bugged me which was not in Agustin's control at all is that whoever drove my car during the servicing not only moved the driver's seat back (which I understand) -- they lowered the driver's seat, pushed in the steering wheel, and left the passenger mirror folded closed, so I had to redo all my adjustments from scratch like it was a brand new car. Seemed unnecessary for a routine servicing.
