I specifically told Eric when I dropped off at about 12:15 pm my SUV to call me since I live in Burbank and I would be waiting in the area. I have a 25 year old SUV which requires at times for parts to be ordered. So it was important that he calls me with any findings. At times I have had to leave my SUV for them to do additional services. Eric left for the day on Saturday with his only text to me at 3:29 pm stating, "UPDATE!!! Hi this is eric from Longo, just informing you that we are still waiting from the shop/tech for recommendations/ completion of your car - thanks!!!" and basically left me there waiting for 5 hours without following up with me, honestly the worst service.

I had an appointment at 12:00pm and I didnt get my van back until 5:30pm. This was the second time i brought my van for the same rusty noise and it took 5 1/2 hours just so he can tell me they didnt find the problem, but im still paying for a problem that didnt get fixed.
