Ethan did his job and called me to let me know my car was bring finished up and that his teammate would call me once it was done. I waited for about 3 hours and never got a call back. I waited from 4:46pm until 8pm and then I just figured the car wasn’t ready and would have to figure out some other means of transportation for work the next day. The following day I still didn’t get a call that the car was ready until I called Ethan and he called me back. I will note that I received a text saying my car was ready but since I was told I would be called once the car was done I didn’t want to make a trip to the dealer unless I knew for certain my car was done.

Jeffrey was great! He was very helpful & accommodating. Was I totally satisfied with Longo? No. The wait just to check in was long. I was there for almost 3.5 hours. Others were there for over 5! Seems the people who schedule put Yoo many people into 1 day. Gratefully you have plenty of space to spread out & wait
