I had a VIP wash done along with my service . When I paid and went to my car unfortunately my rims were not cleaned and the trim had all water spots and also a dirty streak was on the side of my car from the top of my car .
. I brought this to Rob Miguire’s attention he didn’t seem as though it was a issue . He did say they will get on it . My car sat in the sun for over a hour . Bruce came to me and ask me are they taking care of it ? I pointed to my car and said I’m not happy it’s just sitting there .. Bruce then stepped in and made sure it was taken care of . I hoped for a better result from Rob because he said it
Would be taken care of . I take pride in my car as Bruce knows and he always make sure I’m taking care of .
