Daniel Perez service Advisor was supposed to print out the Diagnostics reports that was made for my 2018 Toyota CHR I got there they say he was gone for the day at the cashiers desk I had Danny that nicely explain the one year warranty I was not sure about the girl was very nice and helpful she got Danny to come to explain the paperwork to me I think my service advisor was unprofessional no letting me know he would not be there at the time of my vehicle pick up I think overall the car stay there 4 days total I appreciate Toyota getting me a rental no doubt but I stop don’t know how they came up with from junk box to adding another fee of the rear view mirror Camara all this total transaction was 1600.00 I had a coupon for 60.00 off this is hard process

Alex was very professional during my visit. He was responsive to all of my questions and answered them clearly. He took the time to explain every service that I was signing up for and confirmed everything before I had to sign any paperwork. My appointment was originally just for an oil change. I knew I needed new tires as well. I was putting it off. In addition to the oil change Alex also talked me into replacing my tires which I did appreciate his salesmanship. My visit did take a little longer than normal, but that was to be expected with the additional service.

We had bought the Toyota care service package, I thought it’s free for the service. However, the customer service representative charge me $170 for the flush brake fluid and engine clean, the price is 2-3 times higher than normal price of the car maintenance company offered.
What’s more, the representative told me the front brake pads need to be replaced with more than $270, however, when I checked it with the car maintenance company, they price only $120 for the replacement! Unbelievable for today’s care experience!
