Jeff was okay but could have been better. I was unhappy with an employee at concierge service named Abie. I told her the TV was in Spanish and it would be nice if switch to English to all customers. I saw some customers trying to change channel. They didn’t understand the language. She said most customers are Hispanic. I told if you cater to one race it should be equal. Not all Hispanics speak Spanish. In a professional business it should be in English. We do not live in Latin America I love Longo but if it becomes unprofessional, I will take my vehicle elsewhere Thank you By the way, I’m Hispanic
