Great service, but it was a really busy day. Scheduling my appointment, I didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes before speaking with a rep and 4 hours for oil change and 90k mileage service. Unfortunately, the car wash was out of service too. I truly appreciate Biagio and the Longo team. I appreciate him warning me of the long wait, something I’ll have to consider for my next visit.
