JJ was great. I was waiting and he helped push things along. I’ve had JJ help me before and he always gives top notch service. I can’t say that about all the service members. My family has been using LONGO for many years and have purchased quite a few vehicles there. With that said, it would be nice if all the service was as good. It’s frustrating and disappointing when I get sub par service. I wish a manager with customer satisfaction being the priority would watch the service team and weed out the bad apples.
