I went in with a screw in my tire the line for non appointments was super long but as soon as I was attended Biagio made sure my car didn’t take too long because I had to wait there. It was a great experience. Thank you longo!

My wait time was an hour and 30 minutes longer than was stated. Also, I got a scratched on my car but they eventually helped to fix. I had to wait for that service too. Your collision center service was worst. I am very disappointed in Longo Toyota services.

I did not receive my complementary car wash after my service. I was told when I purchased the car that I would get a free car wash every time I came in for any service, but every time I go, they never wash it.
