When I checked in, Noli had just received an email that the parts to fix the recall problem was not available. He immediately tred to find out if the parts were available for my service since I had an appointment. After trying several types of correspondence (email, tracking down a manager and a phone call), he was able to verify that they had reserved the part for my service so everything was set. I truly appreciated the effort he made to ensure the completion of this service. He also offered an alternative solution if my service could not be completed that day. Noli did a great job handling this service and the fix was made that day. He did a great job!

Kayla was responsive and courteous. She kept me updated. She even repaired the mishap that the mechanic did within my glove compartment. The mechanics left my glove compartment pulled apart. It would have been a mess but fortunately Kayla repaired the problem. She definitely went over and above.
