I made an early appointment, so that I can have my car looked at properly and in a timely manner. Due to the inability to keep up with the appointments and it being prioritized .My car was not looked at for the concerns I went in for, even though I had an appointment. So what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it's going to be 1st come first. I checked out with the Cashier , the cashier was not only charging me for my service, which was supposed to be part or my package Toyota Care, she was not friendly and was rushing me to Pay &170. something dollars. Then she said I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get the paperwork re-done. This was definitely not the experience I was looking forward to, when I traveled about 34 miles. I will not come back to this Dealer. I am not a pleased guest. I was just a number, this was not acceptable. I am very disappointed with the quality of Service
