Nolita has been very helpful with a situation that happened in the last couple of months. I brought my RAV 4 in for full pump recall, I asked for tire rotation. When I came in to pay, the cashier told me it wasn't done. I had to bring my rav 4 back in because the fuel gauge was reading after repair, I was asked to pay for tire rotation at that time, I explained that I didn't ask for it that day and j.g ad asked for it previously and was told it wasn't done. This last week had a call from Noli about it, explained what happened, he told me it was taken care of, that there was confusion on the paperwork
