Martin did a great job and I have no complaints with him. I’ve been coming to Longo for the last 10 years even though I live in Diamond Bar. I’ve owned a Tacoma and a Camry and have never allowed anyone other than Longo to service either vehicle. One thing I do not understand however is the appointment procedure? Today I just needed a headlight and a license plate light to be replaced. My appointment was at 7:45AM but didn’t pull out of your parking lot until 11:45AM. If my appointment was at 7:45AM, does it really take 4 hours to do this job? Like I said, I will continue to come back to Longo but would love to learn more about the appointment process?
