The insurance is useless. We are really unhappy. I had come to fix the water door leak and they just dismissed my concern. Now that they finally fixed something that I had brought to their attention they want to charge for other miscellaneous things. They always put excuses to fix things in my car. One of the handles for the seat broke and they said that I intentionally did it. It's ridiculous how they have an excuse for everything. I think that me buying a expensive insurance it should cover all this.
