-Mandi was great and overall customer service of other staff was great
-Floor mats were not installed when I came to pick up, I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct the issue (Strike 1)
-My keys were returned with a missing, “Hawaii” key chain that has significant sentimental value to me (Strike 2)
-A USB port cover was removed and not replaced (Strike 3)
Good staff, but the execution of the fine details missed the mark. I spent over 1k here and these things are all easily avoidable.

I was initially greeted by Jeffrey Tsao during check-in. Jeffrey was just as professional and accommodating when I let him know that I scheduled an appointment with Mandi. He directed me to Mandi’s desk and let Mandi know the situation. Prior to leaving Mandi’s desk, Jeffrey let me know that Mandi will assist me when she’s ready. When Mandi was finished assisting another guest, she tended to me and as always, she was exceptional. Each visit, Mandi explains to me what will be done to my vehicle based on the service I purchased and always allows for me to voice any additional concerns I have with my vehicle. In addition, she provided me a rough estimate of when my vehicle will be finished and transparent about shop workload capacity. My vehicle was finished well before the time quoted and her phone etiquette is on point. Mandi really sets the bar for the “Attitude - it’s your choice” principle of “The Penske Way.” Mandi, it was a pleasure to be your guest.

But I want happy with car wash paid 14.98 but they didn't wipe the glass infront of the car!. Have nt check the other glass. The interior glass smudges dirty no wipe. With same price of car wash outside longo, they did wipe clean perfectly no smudges at all. Clrly the car wash guy didn't wipe the inside glass at all. If it's Windows I can forgive but front mirror need clean so high visibility. Ugh! Just realize after I got home. This is the 3rd time already. Whenever I paid for my car wash at long. The rest is clean wipe only mirror!
