Jesus called me and said that my battery cables were Corroded and said I needed them cleaned and that would cost x amount $. I said that's usually included in the maintenance, he then changed the narrative and said if you steam clean the engine they clean the cables too for x amount. So I let that be done. I don't like liers! This is why I should always ask for Eric Chung. He's always an honest young man.

Everything went well till the very end. The person who hand me back the car was very rude and unprofessional. I don't see my car key on seat, dashboard or cup holder. I asked him where is the car key. He was walking away saying it's there. I looked again don't see it. I told him I don't see it. He shouted out loud "ITS THERE! LOOK AT ALL THE JUNK YOU HAVE. KEEP LOOKING ITS IN THERE!" I found the car key slip in the gap between the center console and driver seat below where the belt bucket. I never thought I need to do a scavenger hunt to find my car after taking it service at a dealer. I'm embarrassed and angry because when the staff shouted that I have a lot of junk, there were a lot of people there all can hear. I went back to the office to speaker to a staff. He said he will take care of it . I left and to find out he was just brushing me off. He never ask about my name and which car that was serviced. It makes me even more upset. I might now even wasting my time typing here and no action will be taken.

Danny was absolutely freaking awesome!! This was my 1st time at Longo and he was a great representation of the company. Understanding to my frustration with my vehicle, communicative the entire time, made me feel like I was a priority, very professional. Longo Toyota is not close to my home.
