I went in looking fir a diagnostic check price is 155. He told me it would 305 and made some excuses why. And because I was afraid of not getting my car checked I agreed. He calls me saying the problem was fixed. That they put some use sparked plug in to see if it would solve the problem and it did. And my cost would come out to 370. So i paid 60 more for used spark plugs. I ask for my old spark plugs back he said they were trashed. All I wanted was for him to do a diagnostic check to tell me what I need to fix.
I might be wrong but nowhere on my receipt does it say I'm paid for a diagnostic check
I would like to know if I could get the difference back from what I paid for and that diagnostic check

The car didn't wash properly, the most disappointing thing was the person who drove our car out didn't wear masks and turned on my A/C with recirculation mode. COVID virus could be all over our car and infect our son who has no vaccine available for his age. We had to sanitize the whole car and A/C filter. You should be more careful with the sanitizing issue.
