Bought 3 tires and gave me different prizes when I first called 447.00, someone called me back home .. it’s 667.00. I called back for appt and I end up paying more when I got there . The lady who helped and prepared the paperworks before I arrived just showed me the prize 804.00 including oil change and was in hurry to leave. She was in hurry to leave . Waited for 5 hours and the tires are dirty when it was ready at closing time . One new tire I had for 2 weeks looks cleaner and new. I was told the car wash is not working? I went back next day - Noli was so helpful with my disappointment, clean the tires and looks better.

It just took too long to get my car after they called me to tell me that it was ready. Alberto called me at 1pm, but they did not give me my car until 1:45pm, 45 minutes later. Also, this time, they actually put the fluids in my car. The last time they sent me home without that part of the service. That was better today.

UTHAN SU was in charge of my truck service never allowed me to second guess his thoughts on how I will be taken care of...I knew it was pretty late approx 5pm felt its was getting late to be shuttle home..I ask to if their shuttle driver can take me home.. This was convenient n to top it off u have UBER n Lyft as shuttle services also...this blew my mind..... reason my wife had an operation on her foot n can not drive at the moment.. Just to have a elite team there at Longo Toyota in your service dept..
