Service was horrible. Had appointment for 1:30. They didn't get me check in until 2:00. Car was finished at 5;00. That's terrible for just a oil change.

I don’t like being pushed to buy extra things like a60,000 mile transmission flush - at nearly $500!!- when the car only has 51,000 miles on it. When I tried to call to check on progress of car, I called all 3 numbers I was given and not one answered the phone. I lefts a message on one of the numbers and It was an hour later before I got a call back. I brought my car in the night before for a7am appt yet it wasn’t until 2ish when it was ready. Shouldn’t it have been finished by the promised time of 1? If I didn’t have an appt I would understand but that wasn’t the case. Car wash sign said it was out of order. This has happened to me a number of times and when I said something, somehow they were able to send it back to get cleaned- why did I have to complain to get what is supposed to be included service- it obviously wasn’t out of order.

I call for a tow from the roadside assistance and it took one day and a half just to hear from them. I needed a tow because my car could not start. Luckily my sister had triple a so I wasted 60 dollars from my own pocket plus I use up one of my sister three tow to get my car to the dealership to get it fix. I lost one day of work and in a bad situation because of the roadside assistance! I would like a refund for my tow I should had gotten for free.
