Customer service was great, Joseph was extremely friendly. The waiting turn around time was extremely long, dropped off my car at 7:15 and didn’t get it back till 9:45, this shouldn’t take that’s about 3 hours for an oil change.

He told me that it looks like the car will be done close to five pm and offered a ride but I declined. He texted me that the service is progressing well at around 3:01 pm. So I thought my car will be finish sooner. I actually saw my car while the mechanic person was working on it until he finished it close to five. I was waiting for him to let me know that the car is done … I even texted back but no reply. So I went to fall in line to pay 5:12. If I didn’t I will be there waiting until night time!!!
