Sales representative was polite n patient. I didn’t have problems with him. The problem is with Longo Toyota. I asked to wash my car but Longo didn’t do it
Also, representative called me and mentioned battery is lower functioning which is required to be replaced by a new one
I went to Reilly to have an inspection on battery and was told the battery is 100% function. Who is right? Reilly or Longo??? Is Long cheating customers???

Jeffrey was great. He kept me updated. Only issue I had was not related to Jeffrey but instead the update to my car that said I needed a new radio system and since my car is “out of warranty” because it was over by 2 months- it wasn’t covered even though I only had 31k miles. I’m genuinely upset and disappointed about this considering there was no tampering to anything in the car.
