Let me preface this with I’m a life long satisfied customer of Longo Toyota. Eric quoted me an hour to an hour and a half an hour wait. I usually get a txt message saying that my car is there, which I didn’t get this time. After waiting 2 hours and not hearing anything about my car I went to ask Eric what was going on? Eric said that they got busy. So I make an appointment, but I have to wait longer because it got busier? The 5 thousand mile service takes an hour at best. I had to wait an hour and a half longer. I have to bring my other car in for its 5 thousand service and I wonder what I’m going to have to wait again on my day off. I love Longo but this makes it hard to be loyal.
