My service attendant was Albert Lopez, he called me at 11:32am and told me that my vehicle would be ready in 2 1/2 hours at 2pm and was promised a car wash. I received a call at 2:02pm (it was not Albert this time) he told me that my car would take another 40 minutes. Needless to say I was very upset and frustrated but I needed my car to be serviced so there was nothing to say but OK. At 2:50pm I approached the guest service and asked about my car. It still was not ready and I was told that I would be receiving a call from someone. I waited another 30 minutes and I told the girl that I just wanted my car back even if it was not serviced. At that moment she called the service department and told me that my car was ready. When my car was brought I noticed a big scratch on my back bumper, I asked for the service vehicle check in sheet and that scratch was not marked on the paper and I didn't receive a car wash. I had an quite unpleasant experience, I understand that you guys are busy at the service department but I've had better experiences on sundays when it seems to be even more busy than mondays.

The tech did cause a noise problem by bending the vacuum cover so it touched the rotor and caused a high pitched sqeeking noise. The problem was fixed after I bought it back to the service drive. Small annoying problem that delayed my return of my wife's car.

Noe was great but the experience between the check-in stand outside to getting checked for service was terrible. It was about 20 minutes before an attendant arrived or said anything. Several staff in the next aisle standing around doing nothing because that aisle had no one waiting.
