while I drove my car home, my tire pressure light went on. then I checked all the tires' pressures and found out the real left tire was under 28 lb. The tire pressure light was not on while I handed over my car to you though, so I wonder rather your technician would need to check it before return it back to customer or not?

(1) I drove into the lane I was told to drive into but he told me "you drove into the wrong lane." He told me 6 pm at the latest but car was not ready then. The temporary check out area had bathrooms outside but they were locked. No freebies since starbucks and subway closed but that wasn't as bad as the rest of the experience. Seems your service has gone a bit downhill.
